olive oil
4-5 garlic cloves
500 gr. spaghetti
500 gr. broccoli
150 gr. kalamata or black olives
two organic lemons
feta cheese (vegan)
chili flakes
salt & pepper
stir enough olive oil in a big and wide frying pan. add 4-5 minced garlic cloves and fry them till they are soft but not brown. meanwhile cook 500 gr spaghetti like described on the package. add 500 gr. broccoli to the garlic and mix. add the spaghetti and 2 dl of spaghetti water, 150 gr of kalamata or black olives, add the zest of two organic lemons, a block vegan feta cheese and 1-2 tablespoons of chili flakes. flavor with salt & pepper.
