1 round or square spelt puff pastry

1 kilo plums

150 gr. pecan nuts

cinnamon

whole cane sugar


role the pastry on a baking tray. shred the pecan nuts in a food processor and coat the pastry with it. wash and cut the plums. cut them through half, remove the pit and put the plum halves on the pastry. sprinkle with cinnamon and little sugar and put in the oven for 25 minutes by 200°c.
