asparagus are very healthy. they don't have many calories but a lot of vitamins and minerals.
1 kilo green asparagus
1-2 small garlic cloves
lemon zest of one lemon
trim the asparagus and marinate them with olive oil, minced garlic and salt. roast them in the oven by 180°c during 15 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) and serve with lemon zest.
