oven-roasted green asparagus

asparagus is very healthy. they don't have many calories but a lot of vitamins and minerals.

for 4

1 kilo green asparagus

olive oil

1-2 small garlic cloves

lemon zest of one lemon

himalayan salt

trim the asparagus and marinate them with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt. roast them in the oven by 180°c for around 15 minutes (depends on the thickness of the asparagus) and serve with lemon zest.
