eines meiner favoriten. es schmeckt frisch und leicht und es ist einfach zuzubereiten.

für 4

1-2 gurken

1/2 kilo schmackhafte tomaten

2 rote spitzpeperoni

kleine rote zwiebel

kalamata oliven

crèmiger feta käse



roter weinessig

salz & pfeffer

rüste die gurken, tomaten und den peperoni und schneide sie in mundgerechte stücken. zerkleinere die zwiebel und die petersilie und mische sie mit den anderen zutaten in einer grossen schüssel. schneide den feta und entferne den stein aus den oliven und mische es mit 3 esslöffel olivenöl und 2 esslöffel essig. würze es mit salz & pfeffer.
