french toast

a recipe to use your old and dry bread.

for 3

whisk the flour with the milk, the vanilla sugar and the cinnamon in a deep plate. heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. dip the bread slices in the mixture until they are totally covered. put the stove on middle heat and fry the slices at every side during 3-4 minutes until they are gold brown. serve the french toast with a topping you like or in this case like in my recipe with bananas, blueberries, little poppy seed, cinnamon and maple syrup.
